History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Raer was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Dyer. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away
