Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Doctor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
