Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the west. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
