Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears dull green sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed glaive, just in case. His red hair is lengthy. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born in a small desert village. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Quarion and his spouse have recently divorced.
