History: Paelias was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Halimath was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Halimath's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
