Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Koeth was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
