Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born in the south to a Unemployed, Halimath learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has worked as a Unemployed like his mother before him.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
