Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Efferil never married again.
