Personality: Rael wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ahvain was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people
