He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. After a long history of fighting, Koeth and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Fortune-teller. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fortune-teller.
