Description: He is a mite stocky and wears a worn and beaten armor. He keeps his golden hair in a pixie cut. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He has a crush on the local Shipwright; and many gnolls want him driven away

Description: This man is very fat, and is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He keeps his blonde hair in a pixie cut. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He takes great joy in being the best Merchant in town.
History: Adran was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Merchant for hire.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and doesn't want to be a merchant and was forced into it by his family

Description: He wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a pickaxe, but if one is not available he will default to his mace. His hair is cut close to his head. He has violet eyes and a black hat with a violet feather.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
Flaws: Terse, Insane, Secretive, Antagonistic. Occupation: Soapmaker
