Description: He is scrawny and has patchy black stubble. He wears white leather gloves, a white jacket, and tight pants. He has a hunchback. His black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He is baby faced.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Heian will drive conversation. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.
History: He was born into a rich family. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: To unite with his brother.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy chestnut stubble. He wears a black vest and prefers grey and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has a hunchback. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He is content; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people
