Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a yellow costume with the symbols of luck on his torso. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Paelias is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Paelias was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Jeweler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
