Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Korfel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Gifted from a young age, Thamior studied abroad. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of dire rats
