Description: This slender man stands about 4'10". He wears a tan shirt with thin white vertical stripes and tan pants. His chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Quarion never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
