Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
