Description: He wears silk and lounges about seductively, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'4" when asserting himself. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Varis is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shoemaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shoemaker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Adventurer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: This light-skinned male wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with tan colored cloaks and clothing. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Scribe business.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Scribe arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people

Description: A middle-aged man, he is typically in his Herbalist uniform, and is pretty ugly. His brown hair is greasy and uncared for. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He got into the Herbalist business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He struck the Herbalist job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
