Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Thervan and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: This man prefers to wear brown pants and tee shirts, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He has hazel eyes.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His childhood dream was to be a Sailor, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Interpreter soon after.
Motivation: To end his boredom; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This slender man stands about 5'0". He wears black trousers with pastel and violet striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker black hat.
Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and balancing his hectic life and new bather responsibilities is difficult
