He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His ears are large.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now mingles about in high society.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
