Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Aust liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gifted student he started as a Fortune-teller, but he got bored and became a Sellsword. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sellsword for hire.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Mindartis hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Mindartis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
