Description: He very much looks the part of a Glassblower, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'4" when asserting himself. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: The child of a Map Maker, who enjoyed hunting, Efferil was taken on many hunting expeditions. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Marshal job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and wants to open a new tavern
