History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Junk Dealer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Junk Dealer for hire.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
