Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a tan vest and prefers grey and blue shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His silver hair is braided into rings. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Efferil alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Efferil was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents enrolled him in a Wizard school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
