History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: This late middle aged man wears grey leather gloves, a grey jacket, and tight pants and is in decent physical shape. He sports a flattop hair cut. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: Rael was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
