History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A gifted student he started as a Carter, but he got bored and became a Mayor. He's also a talented Carter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'1" and wears dull grey sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed halberd, just in case. His golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Through the years after Beiro was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Beiro's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Beiro and his spouse have recently divorced.
