Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Heian abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
