Description: He tends to wear a brown poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are amber and beady.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Description: He wears a black costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. He carries with him a set of longswords, each one with a jet on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. With bright blonde hair and a scraggly beard. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Berrian took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up longsword and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Berrian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
