History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Varis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His childhood dream was to be a Laborer, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shipwright for hire.

Description: This southern man wears silk and lounges about seductively. His clothes are grease stained in places. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. He has blue eyes.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Assassin hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Junk Dealer for the past few years.
