Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He has a red handlebar mustache and slicked back red hair. His brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Efferil grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: A 4'8" southern man, he usually wears his brown robe and has his spear always slung over his shoulder. He wears his silver hair down. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. Traki is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He got into the Bounty Hunter business at a young age. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
