Varis took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Aust was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Aust's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
