Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Heian was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
