Personality: Arannis wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Arannis's homeland. Arannis decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.
