Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He tends to his Brewer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
