He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. A friendly and beautiful Elf, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
