History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mindartis grew up listening to his father's many stories. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
