History: Born to a Locksmith, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Efferil alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
