History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He dresses like a well dressed Carpenter does. His golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a fancy brown suit. He has dyed his greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Gardener arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
