Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Through the years after Lucan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Lucan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
