Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He got into the Seamstress business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now owns his own business.
