History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has no hair. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Halimath isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His first spouse was a Layabout, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Herbalist business.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Varis took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
