Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Peren is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Bellfounder arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Gardener they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bellfounder, and he later adopted a second daughter.
