Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.
Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: He was born into a rich family. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: Standing 4'11", this man wears a green cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nim embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: He comes from a rich northern family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He wears a colorful flower in his red hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Varis isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
