History: Thervan was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. After coming to the age of reason, Thervan took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
