Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Heian was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Heian's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Heian and his spouse have recently divorced.
