History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and doesn't want to be a mayor and was forced into it by his family

Personality: Theren wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: The child of a Blacksmith, who enjoyed hunting, Theren was taken on many hunting expeditions. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
