Description: This exceptionally lanky man is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft blue waves gently in the breeze. He is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around his ears. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Carrie was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His long brown hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes are a pleasant green.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is obsessed with his god.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He is greedy; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Varis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Guard and was forced into it by his family.
