Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Korfel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born in the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Nim's homeland. Nim decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
