History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is dressed in a clean brown cloak covering his clean studded leather. He has no hair. His eyes are likewise green.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Peren was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it
