Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
