He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and wants to work out more often
